Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with at least 2 years of specialty experience and Level 3+ NICU or PICU background for a 13-week night shift travel assignment in a NICU setting.
Details
- NICU unit within an acute care hospital setting
- Traveler may work in both neonatal and pediatric units depending on facility need
- Night shift schedule: 4x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
- Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
- No on-call required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Respiratory Therapy specialty
- At least 1 year of experience in a Level 3 or higher NICU, or minimum 1 year of PICU experience
- Current certifications required: RRT, BLS, PALS, NRP, and ACLS
- Valid state license required if applicable
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Copies of certifications required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will be considered for this position
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be considered at a different pay rate
- All RTO requests must be approved by the facility prior to submission
