Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry (Night Shift) position in Reno, NV, requiring 2 years of experience and an active NV RN license.
Details
- Position is located on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit (Sierra 1) within a regional medical center setting
- Night shift position
- 13-week contract assignment
- Epic is the EMR system used; training provided during orientation or candidates may test out
Requirements
- Active NV RN license required; RNs who have never held a temporary or permanent NV license may still be considered but must apply for licensure immediately upon offer
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
- All certifications must be AHA-issued
- SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be considered
- A 13-week break is required before a returning traveler or employee may begin a new contract at this facility
- Blocked scheduling is not permitted
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed prior to consideration; the facility will not extend the contract to compensate for RTO taken
- Coverage for a minimum of 2 major holidays is required
- Time and attendance tracked via Kronos
