Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) with inpatient rehab experience for a 13-week travel assignment at an acute inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Langhorne, PA.
Details
- Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting with 50 beds and two specialty units
- Treats patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries
- Patient ratio of 1:5
- Day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- EMR: UDS
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience required
- Inpatient rehab experience preferred
- AHA certifications required
- Active PT license required if applicable
- SSN and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Facility is CARF-accredited for its Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Stroke, Brain Injury, and Amputation Specialty Programs, and is accredited by The Joint Commission
- Light blue scrubs required
- Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
