Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with adult critical care experience for a night shift travel assignment at a hospital in Arlington, TX.
Details
- Respiratory therapy department at a hospital in Arlington, TX
- Adult critical care patient population
- Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Documents using Meditech EMR
- Floating required on an as-needed basis
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active RRT license and certification required; license required if applicable
- Minimum 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy, with adult critical care experience required
- Active ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start)
- Must have active experience in the specialty within the last 6 months
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration — Canadian SSNs not accepted
- One professional reference required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered
Additional Information
- Provides respiratory therapy services in an adult critical care setting
- Dress code includes scrubs; artificial nails, gel, and next-gen nails are not permitted
- Hair must be neat and pulled back if shoulder length or longer; no extreme styles or colors
- Visible piercings beyond the ears (including nose and tongue rings) are not permitted
- Body art should be covered whenever possible
