Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring device implant and ablation experience with a schedule that includes no weekends or call.
Details
- Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Lab unit of a hospital environment
- Unit staffed with 2 RNs and 3 CVTs in the EP Lab
- Utilizes GE Innova X-ray system, Merge, and GE MacLab Hemo System
- Documentation completed in Meditech
- Scheduled shift is 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- Performs device implants and cardiac ablations for SVT and Afib, as well as Watchman LAAO procedures
Requirements
- Active RN license (FL or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
- RCIS or RT(R)(CV) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Experience with device implants and ablations (SVT, Afib) required
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care for cardiac device implant, ablation, and Watchman LAAO procedures
- Hospital-provided scrubs required for dress code
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered for this position
- No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
