Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a Heart/Stroke unit night shift position requiring at least 2 years of RN experience with 1 year recent in specialty.
Details
- Work on the 5 North Heart/Stroke unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule
- EMR system used is Meditech
- Timekeeping system used is Centricity
Requirements
- Active AL State or Compact RN license required in hand, no pending or temporary licenses accepted
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience with 1 year recent experience in Med/Surg Tele or stroke specialty
- No history of licensure actions, past or current
- Meditech EMR experience not required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide nursing care to cardiac and stroke patient populations
- Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate with no mile radius restrictions
- Complete an on-site cardiac exam in addition to an online pre-test as part of the assessment process
- Virtual orientation includes competency-based modules
