Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of orthopedic X-ray experience, including C-arm and injection procedures, for a 13-week outpatient orthopedic clinic assignment in Brandon, FL.

Details

Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting on the first floor of a multi-suite facility in Brandon, FL
Orthopedic patient population including adult reconstruction, foot/ankle, spine, hand, and upper extremity cases
High-volume caseload of approximately 50–70 X-rays per technologist per day across 9 imaging rooms
Equipment includes Sedecal X-ray systems; EMR is Epic with GE PACS
Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekend or call requirements
Primary location is Brandon, with the expectation to support up to 5 additional regional clinics (North Tampa, Wiregrass, St. Petersburg, South Tampa, and Zephyrhills) when needed

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in orthopedic radiology
Current BLS (AHA only) and ARRT certification required
C-arm experience with injections is required
Orthopedic imaging experience is required
License required if applicable
Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be considered
SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

Perform high-volume diagnostic X-ray imaging for an orthopedic outpatient population across a range of musculoskeletal specialties
Must be willing and available to travel within the west region to support additional clinic locations as needed
Collaborative personality and team-oriented work style are valued in this environment
All certifications must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA); American Red Cross certifications are not accepted
Scrubs of any color are required; no other attire is acceptable
