Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR Circulator RN for a 13-week travel contract in Salt Lake City, UT, requiring da Vinci Robotics and orthopedic experience.
Details
- Position is located in the Operating Room of a Level II Trauma hospital on the second floor of the Main Tower
- The OR suite consists of 13 operating rooms with a staff of 81+ FTEs
- Performs a wide range of surgical procedures, excluding LVADs, transplants, and pediatric cases under 14 years of age
- Shift hours are 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- On-call requirement of 3 to 6 call shifts per month
- EMR system is Epic
Requirements
- Active UT RN license or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of start)
- Minimum of 2 years of OR circulator experience required
- Experience with da Vinci Robotic surgery required
- Orthopedic surgical experience required
- Vascular experience preferred and will be prioritized during candidate selection
- US SSN and DOB required for consideration
- One professional reference required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)
Additional Information
- Facility is a Level II Trauma center with 24-hour OR staffing
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
