Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with inpatient rehab experience for a 13-week travel assignment at a 40-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Lynnwood, WA.

Details

• 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting, working across floors 1-3
• Patients include those recovering from stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury, debility, amputation, and orthopedic injuries
• General adult patient population
• Day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekend coverage required approximately once per month
• No call or float requirements
• EMR: Epic and Rehab Connect
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active PT license required; license required if applicable
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
• AHA certifications required
• Experience in acute care, skilled nursing, or inpatient rehabilitation preferred
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and EMR documentation
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Primary responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of patients recovering from neurological, orthopedic, and trauma-related conditions
• Treatment is individualized and tailored to each patient's recovery goals
• Cooperative, team-oriented personality is strongly preferred
• Black scrubs required
• Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for this travel position
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates who are currently employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
