Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week inpatient rehabilitation (IRF) travel assignment in Lancaster, PA, with at least 1 year of inpatient experience required.
Details
- Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting with 59 beds, specializing in recovery from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries
- Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weekend hours required on an as-needed basis
- Patient ratio of 6 patients per therapist
- EMR: Epic/UDS
- No call requirements
- No float requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient experience required; new graduates will not be considered
- Inpatient experience in an IRF, SNF, or acute care setting required
- AHA certifications required
- SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Facility holds Joint Commission Certification with specialty Stroke and Brain Injury Certification, and is CARF Certified
- Dress code: any color scrub bottoms with a blue or slate gray dri-fit or polo top; black or gray zip-up jacket optional
- Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates who are currently employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
