Description

American Traveler is hiring a MRI Technologist with 2+ years of current MRI experience and required GE equipment proficiency for a hospital-based imaging role.

Details

• Approximately 9 patients per shift
• Always paired with another Tech Aide or MRI Tech — solo work is not required
• After midnight, department coverage transitions to on-call
• Schedule includes evening and weekend shifts
• On-call availability is required as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of current MRI experience required
• ARRT (MR) certification required
• Active AHA BLS required
• GE MRI equipment experience required
• Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred
• Must have a personal vehicle
• 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past 2 years of employment required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• GE HDXT 16.0 and 23.0 systems are used in this department
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested, and all scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of application — requests made after an offer may result in a rescinded offer
