Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a 26-week contract requiring at least 1 year of experience and an active IA or compact RN license.

Details

Work on the 9 South Telemetry unit of a hospital environment
Care for post-procedural patients typically staying 1-3 nights after surgery
Also receive cath lab patients and occasional ER overflow
Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
26-week assignment length

Requirements

Active RN license (IA or Compact) currently in hand
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required

Additional Information

Provide telemetry-level nursing care to post-surgical and cardiac patients
Radius rule of 60 miles applies for consideration at this location
Local candidates in Iowa may be considered under standard local rate rules unless facility-specific exceptions apply
