Description

American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer for a day shift contract requiring at least 1 year of experience and graduation from an accredited ultrasound program.

Details

• Work in a hospital-based echo/cardiac sonography unit
• Performs adult echocardiograms, stress echos, and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
• Schedule is 4x10 or 5x8 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 8-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in echocardiography/cardiac sonography; 18+ months of permanent experience in the specialty preferred
• Must have graduated from an accredited ultrasound program
• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) certification preferred
• Active Ohio RN license or compact license required if applicable
• Two supervisory references (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) in the specialty are required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
