Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position in Florence, AL, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience and an AL or compact RN license.

Details

• Work on a Medical-Surgical unit in an acute care hospital setting
• 18-bed unit serving an adult and geriatric patient population
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekend requirement
• Floating required
• No on-call responsibilities
• EMR: Meditech
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum 5 years of Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• AHA-issued certifications required

Additional Information

• Royal blue scrubs required
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates who are currently employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
