Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position working nights with multi-facility float requirements and a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience.
Details
- Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule
- Floating between facilities within the health system is required
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted CA RN license required
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Hospital fire and life safety card required
- Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience required, with work in the specialty within the last 3 months
- Any breaks in employment of one month or longer must be documented and explained
- 2 supervisory references required: one from the past year and one from the past two years
- Date of birth (DOB) and Social Security Number (SSN) required for consideration
- Candidates with any prior disciplinary action or hit on their license will not be considered
- Cerner and/or Epic experience must be noted in work history
Additional Information
- Skills checklist for L&D must be completed within the past year
- RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer — candidates with more than 5 days of RTO will not be considered
- Local candidates are welcome to apply; local and travel rates are the same
- Candidates may only be submitted to one hospital within the health system at a time
