Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years of pediatric critical care experience for a float outpatient pediatric position requiring PICU, NICU, and ED background.

Details

• Outpatient pediatric facility with float coverage across multiple locations
• Float position covering ICU, ED, and general pediatric care areas
• Pediatric patient population including PICU, NICU, and ED settings
• 12-hour day shifts with varied scheduling
• Every other weekend required
• EMR: Epic
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience required
• Extensive critical care experience in PICU, NICU, and ED required
• Level I trauma experience highly preferred; Level II trauma experience will be considered
• Active Georgia (GA) RRT license required; license required if applicable
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• Epic EMR experience
• Two professional references preferred
• DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Nicotine-free facility; nicotine testing is conducted alongside the standard drug screen
• Flu vaccine required if working during flu season
• RTO requests must be submitted upfront at the time of consideration
