Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift Telemetry position requiring an active NV RN license and 2 years of specialty experience.

Details

• Work in the Telemetry unit (T8) of a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule
• 13-week contract assignments with no blocked scheduling allowed
• Uses EPIC EMR system for charting
• Uses Kronos for time keeping

Requirements

• Active NV RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry nursing experience required
• Current AHA certifications required
• CPI certification required for behavioral/psych patients
• EPIC EMR experience preferred, with training available during orientation or option to test out

Additional Information

• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
• A 13-week break is required between assignments for returning travelers, regardless of prior contract length
• Requested RTO must be submitted with application, as time off is not added at the end of the contract to compensate
• Minimum coverage of 2 major holidays required
