Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Interventional Radiology Lab position in Atlanta, GA, requiring an active GA or Compact RN license and a minimum of 18 months of experience.
Details
- Position is based in a hospital Radiology Pre and Post Care Area/Interventional Radiology Lab
- AM shift, 10-hour shifts
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active Georgia or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
- CVOR RN candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of full-time CVOR experience of similar acuity within the last 3 years, with strong cardiac, vascular, and endovascular procedure experience
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
- Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston facilities must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a separation of 18 months is required
- RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, and a maximum of 3 days if it falls on or near a holiday
- Only one holiday RTO request is permitted, and RTO during the holiday period must be spread out — consecutive holiday days will not be approved
- Full SSN and DOB are required for consideration

The cause nobody stays in touch with you. Nobody tells you anything you are lost when you worked there when it comes to information of things you should know as a Traveler when it comes to who to talk to in the department on different things it’s just all jacked up so just be mindful. It is a great place to work but at the same time management is not always around to help
