Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week day shift contract at a critical access hospital in Oregon, serving both acute and outpatient rehabilitation patients.
Details
- Work in the rehabilitation therapy department of a community-based, 25-bed critical access hospital
- Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday with no weekends
- 13-week contract
- Assignment is split between two hospital locations on a PRN basis
- Acute and outpatient rehabilitation services, including treatment for conditions affecting self-care, physical mobility, and functional independence
- All outpatient services are one-on-one with therapist-driven treatment times
Requirements
- Current, active and unencumbered Oregon OT license required — license required if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience required
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification required
Additional Information
- Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions resulting in decline of self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence
- Acute services are based at the primary hospital location, with outpatient services conducted one-on-one
- Flexibility to work across two hospital sites as needed
