Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a high-acuity Progressive Care Unit (PCU/Stepdown) position requiring at least 1 year of travel experience and 2 years of clinical experience, with every other weekend availability.
Details
- High-acuity 30-bed PCU/Stepdown Intermediate Care unit
- Complex patient population including post open heart surgery, post-TAVR, post-pacemaker, drip titrations, chest tubes, and BiPAP management
- Day shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- Every other weekend required
- 36–48 hour contracts accepted
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Active FL RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- At least 1 year of prior travel nursing experience required
- Valid US Social Security Number and US home address required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
- Copy of RN license and Nursys verification required for consideration
