Description
American Traveler is hiring a Pediatric Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with 5+ years of experience and pediatric ARDMS or RCCS registry certification.
Details
- Pediatric outpatient cardiac sonography unit with varying patient ratios
- 5x8 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- On-call required
- Float to various supported locations as needed
- Epic charting system used
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required; 5+ years preferred by facility
- Pediatric registry through ARDMS (RDCS) or RCCS required
- Fetal Echo certification through ARDMS preferred
- BSN required for consideration (Magnet facility)
- License required if applicable
- EPIC charting experience preferred but not required
- Two references required for consideration
Additional Information
- Perform pediatric echocardiograms and cardiac sonography procedures for outpatient cases
- Any scrub color accepted
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
- Facility will consider return of prior employees as travelers if not currently active employees
- Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
- Facility maintains a strict do-not-call policy
