Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for an Operating Room position at an ambulatory surgery center in Lone Tree, CO, requiring at least 1 year of acute care OR experience and the ability to float across multiple Denver-area surgery centers.

Details

• Ambulatory surgery center setting adjacent to a medical center, located in Lone Tree, CO
• OR unit (701) serving a lower-acuity, high-variety patient population across multiple surgical service lines
• Surgical procedures include orthopedic/sports medicine, general surgery, ENT, pediatrics, GYN, podiatry, plastics, and urology
• Patient ratios: 1:1 in OR, 2:1 in PACU
• EMR: Paper and SIS charting system
• Day shift schedule: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM, 5 days/week
• Floating to all surgery centers in the Denver area required on an as-needed basis
• No night shift coverage required

Requirements

• Active CO RN license or compact RN license (must be in hand and active at time of submission)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the start date)
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care OR RN experience required
• Circulating experience across a variety of surgical service lines preferred
• Pediatric OR experience is a plus
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration — no Canadian SSNs accepted
• One professional reference required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
