Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Inpatient Rehab RN for a 13-week travel contract at a 40-bed acute rehabilitation hospital in Brownsburg, IN, working weekend day shifts Friday through Sunday.

Details

40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital (IRF) setting
Patient population includes adults recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries
Patient ratio of 1:6
EMR: Epic
Day shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Friday through Sunday
36 hours per week
Every other weekend requirement

Requirements

Active RN license in Indiana or a Compact RN license currently in hand
AHA certifications required
Minimum 2 years of inpatient rehab nursing experience required
Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

Provide specialized rehabilitation nursing care to adult patients across a broad range of diagnoses and recovery stages
Navy scrubs required
Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
Candidates who are employed full time elsewhere are not eligible
