Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility position requiring a valid IA or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

• Post-acute care setting in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF)
• Day shift schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Every other 3rd weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• No on-call or call-back responsibilities
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active IA RN license or compact RN license required — must be active at time of consideration, pending licensure not accepted
• Current BLS certification required — copies of active certifications required, pending certifications not accepted
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required — no exceptions
• Experience in LTC/SNF or post-acute care setting preferred
• Experience with a computerized charting/EMR system required
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
• Valid driver's license required

• Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are eligible to apply at a locally adjusted rate
