Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Peds Float Pool position requiring PICU and NICU experience along with a VA or compact RN license.

Requirements

Active RN license (VA state or compact) required, pending licenses accepted
Current certifications required: BLS, NRP, ACLS, and PALS
Infant-Driven Feeding Certificate required (may be pending at time of consideration)
Minimum 2 years PICU experience required
Comfort with NICU, acute pediatrics, and pediatric ED patient populations required
Prior travel/float pool experience required, or prior NICU/PICU float pool experience will be considered
Teaching hospital experience required
Epic EMR experience required
BSN preferred
Peds PACU experience highly preferred
Previous charge nurse experience preferred
