Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Cath Lab position in Dover, NH, requiring an active NH or Compact RN license, ACLS, and availability for on-call shifts including weekends.
Details
- 12-week contract at a main campus hospital in Dover, NH
- Cath Lab unit
- Schedule is 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) with a rotating day off
- On-call is required Monday through Friday and on weekends, with a minimum of 10–12 on-call days per month
- Uses Epic for charting
Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required (no pending licenses accepted); travelers applying for an NH license should apply for an emergency license within 48 hours of applying for the permanent license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA only)
- Candidates must reside more than 40 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Two references required for consideration
- Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted
- NH State background check required, consisting of two separate checks: an NH Criminal Background Check (performed by the NH State Police) and an NH BEAS record check
- Respirator fit test required using the facility-specific form; strongly preferred prior to start date, but must be completed within 14 days of start if pending

- Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility are considered local candidates
- Parking is not validated at this location; public parking is available at candidate's expense
- Time keeping is managed via UKG/Kronos
