Description

American Traveler is hiring a Perinatal Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer for a Maternal Fetal Medicine unit, requiring 2+ years of MFM experience and ARDMS certification with OB/GYN and NTQR credentials.

Details

• Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) outpatient unit with 5 ultrasound rooms
• Typical caseload of 7-8 scans per day
• Primary equipment: Voluson E10
• EMR: Meditech; documentation system: Viewpoint/Meditech
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM–12:00 PM
• No weekend shifts required
• No floating or on-call requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine sonography, with active experience within the last 6 months
• ARDMS certification required
• OB/GYN sonography certification required
• NTQR certification for Nuchal Translucency/Nasal Bone required
• BLS (AHA or ARC) certification required — must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• Fetal echocardiography certification preferred
• CLEAR certification for Cervical Length preferred
• Specialty certification highly preferred if obtained within 3 years
• SSN and DOB required for consideration — no Canadian SSNs accepted
• One professional reference required (two required for candidates from Florida or Missouri)
• License required if applicable
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — no local candidates accepted
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
