Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a 13-week travel contract in Plymouth County, Iowa, requiring at least 3 years of experience with OASIS assessments and home-based care planning.

Details

Home health setting serving patients in their homes across Plymouth County, Iowa
Patient care involves OASIS assessments and individualized care planning for in-home patients
Scheduled shifts are days, Monday through Friday
One in four call rotation covering nights, weekends, and holidays
32–40 hours per week
Epic EMR experience is preferred

Requirements

Active Iowa RN license or Compact RN license required
Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
At least 2 years of experience performing OASIS assessments and care planning for in-home patients required

Additional Information

Responsible for the comprehensive nursing care of patients in their home environment
Participates in the department's on-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays (one in four)
