Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an LDRP Float Pool position in Oregon, requiring 2 years of labor experience, Epic proficiency, and an active OR RN license.
Details
- Float pool role supporting staffing across multiple hospital facilities in the Corvallis, Albany, and Lebanon area
- Flexibility to float between facilities is required, though a primary site will be prioritized for most of the contract
- LDRP and pediatric patient populations
- Patient care includes labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care of mother and newborn
- Epic EMR proficiency required
- Day shift with rotating weekends
- Schedules may vary and could include primarily weekend shifts or minimal weekend requirements depending on staffing needs
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Oregon (OR) RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications required: BLS (Healthcare Provider level), ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS
- Preferred certifications: Fetal Monitoring Certification and STABLE
- Minimum 2 years of labor experience including labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care
- Epic EMR proficiency required
- High school diploma or equivalent required (per CAP requirements for moderate complexity testing)
- Must have a personal automobile available and ability to travel to multiple care sites

- This is a float pool position requiring adaptability and comfort working in dynamic, multi-facility environments
- Excessive RTO requests will not be approved
- Fetal monitoring and postpartum nursing care are core daily responsibilities
- This facility strictly adheres to all posted job requirements and will not make exceptions for experience, certifications, or skills
