Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional/Cardiac/Vascular Angiography Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience and a broad skill set spanning Cardiac Cath, Vascular, and Interventional Radiology.
Details
- Angiography setting covering cardiac catheterization, vascular, and interventional radiology procedures
- Equipment includes Siemens Artis Bi-Plane with Synco Inspace/DynaCT, AXIOM Sensis, Pyxis medication and supply stations, Fuji Radiology PACS, Fuji CV PACS, and Philips patient monitors
- EMR/charting system: MEDITECH/Health Connect
- 40-hour work week with shift work and call requirements
- Variable shift schedule
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in angiography with Cardiac Cath, Vascular, and Interventional Radiology skills
- Current BLS/BCLS and ACLS certifications required
- CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) certification required
- Active State of Hawaii license required by start of assignment — license required if applicable
- Flu vaccination or a facility-approved medical/religious exemption required prior to contract start
Additional Information
- Travelers who do not currently hold an active Hawaii state license must apply for one upon acceptance of an offer
- All travelers must report to Employee Health 48–72 hours prior to the start of their assignment; plan to arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start to attend the Employee Health clearance appointment on Friday morning
- Flu vaccination may be administered during the Employee Health clearance appointment
- 15-week contract
