Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PACU/ASU position requiring a Maine or compact RN license and BLS certification.

Details

  • Work in the ASU/PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) of a hospital setting
  • Day shift schedule
  • 13-week assignment length

Requirements

  • Active Maine (ME) or compact RN license currently in hand
  • BLS certification required at hire; ACLS required within 90 days of hire; PALS required within 1 year of hire
  • ASN required, BSN preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills required

Additional Information

  • Provide patient care functions under the supervision of the Unit Director and shift Charge Nurse
  • Must be a strong team player
  • Local candidates accepted at a lower bill rate
  • Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
