Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PACU/ASU position requiring a Maine or compact RN license and BLS certification.
Details
- Work in the ASU/PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) of a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active Maine (ME) or compact RN license currently in hand
- BLS certification required at hire; ACLS required within 90 days of hire; PALS required within 1 year of hire
- ASN required, BSN preferred
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills required
Additional Information
- Provide patient care functions under the supervision of the Unit Director and shift Charge Nurse
- Must be a strong team player
- Local candidates accepted at a lower bill rate
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
