Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced NICU RN for a 13-week days assignment requiring an active NV RN license and 2+ years of specialty experience.
Details
- Work in the Neonatal Intensive Care unit of a hospital environment
- Day shift schedule
- 13-week assignment length with no blocked scheduling allowed
- Uses EPIC EMR charting system with training available during orientation or option to test out
Requirements
- Active NV RN license required, or must be actively in process for those who have never held a temp or permanent license
- AHA certifications required
- CPI certification required for Behavioral/Psych patients
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the NICU specialty required
Additional Information
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal intensive care patients
- Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility as local candidates are not accepted
- Minimum of 2 major holidays coverage required
- Returning travelers must complete a 13-week break after ending a prior contract before being eligible to return
- Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront and will not be added to the end of the contract
