Description
American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of skilled home health experience and Oasis proficiency for patients in the Medford, OR area.
Details
- Home health setting serving patients in Medford, OR and surrounding areas
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 1:1 patient ratio with up to 6 patient visits per day
- Standard productivity expectation of 30 points
- No weekend requirements
- No on-call requirements
- No floating required between like units
- EPIC/Oasis charting system used
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license required if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
- BLS certification required
- Oasis experience required
- Reliable personal transportation required
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Candidates within a 50-75 mile radius are considered local and accepted at the same pay rate
- Occasional travel of 50+ miles between patient visits may be required, though scheduling is optimized to minimize drive time
- Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster required
- Any color scrubs permitted
- Free parking available
- Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
- Facility may cancel up to one shift per pay period
- Pending license applications will be accepted
