Description

American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for an Emergency Department position requiring 18 months of recent ER experience and an active Ohio or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00pm-7:30am
• 13-week assignment length
• Required to work at least every other holiday

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license or compact license required in hand at time of application
• 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty required, preferably within one location
• 18 months of recent ER experience required, travel experience accepted
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• TNCC certification preferred
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty required, from assignments worked within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation, with an acceptable score required
• Locals accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date
