Description

American Traveler seeks a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist with SC SLP licensure and CCC-SLP certification (CFY completed) for the 2026-27 school year.

Details

  • School-based setting within a school district
  • 42-week assignment for the 2026-27 school year
  • Day shift schedule, 5 days per week, 7.5 hours per day (7:00 AM to 2:30 PM)
  • 37.5 billable hours per week
  • May involve coverage across multiple schools

Requirements

  • South Carolina SLP license required if applicable
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) must be completed prior to start
  • SC SLP license (SL1V) must be issued prior to start, as the district will not allow license to pend
  • Resume required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to students within the school district
  • Candidates who have worked as a permanent employee within the district in the past 12 months are not eligible
  • District will not supervise clinical hours for CFY completion
  • SCDE teaching certification may be required prior to start depending on candidate qualifications
