Description

American Traveler is hiring a Rapid Response RN for a Cardiovascular ICU position requiring at least 1 year of recent CVICU experience and NIH Stroke certification.

Details

  • Work in the Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) department of a hospital setting
  • Rapid Response RN role within the ICU unit
  • Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • 6-week assignment length

Requirements

  • Active RN license (SC or Compact) currently in hand
  • Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
  • NIH Stroke certification required for CVICU placement
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in CVICU or equivalent specialty
  • No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
  • US Social Security Number and Date of Birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
  • One professional reference required for consideration
  • Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start

Additional Information

  • Provide critical care nursing support to cardiovascular ICU patients
  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify for the position
