Description
American Traveler is hiring a Rapid Response RN for a Cardiovascular ICU position requiring at least 1 year of recent CVICU experience and NIH Stroke certification.
Details
- Work in the Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) department of a hospital setting
- Rapid Response RN role within the ICU unit
- Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 6-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active RN license (SC or Compact) currently in hand
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
- NIH Stroke certification required for CVICU placement
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in CVICU or equivalent specialty
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and Date of Birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
- One professional reference required for consideration
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
Additional Information
- Provide critical care nursing support to cardiovascular ICU patients
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify for the position
- No local candidates will be considered
