Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical Surgical night shift position requiring an active IL RN license and at least 1 year of experience.
Details
- Work in the Medical Surgical unit (4 East) of an acute care hospital setting
- 12-hour night shifts
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Uses Epic EMR
- 12 hours of non-billable orientation, during which guaranteed hours do not apply
Requirements
- Active IL RN license required or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- BSN not required
- Must pass a negative drug screen for all panels as facility is a Drug-Free Campus
Additional Information
- Provide medical-surgical nursing care to patients in an acute care setting
- Cancellation policy allows for the equivalent of 12 hours per 13-week assignment with no penalty
- Local candidates are welcome to apply, with reduced local rates available for those with a permanent address within 50 miles of the facility
