Description
American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with at least 2 years of experience for an Illinois-based hospital position using the Epic EMR system.
Details
- Hospital-based respiratory therapy position in Illinois
- Utilizes Epic EMR system
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapist/RRT experience required
- Active RRT license in Illinois required at time of consideration
- Illinois license required if applicable
- Iowa license also required, or proof of application for an Iowa single-state license or compact license
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required
- Current ACLS certification from AHA or ARC required
- Current NRP certification required
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- Professional reference from a supervisor, charge nurse, manager, director, CNO, or COO within the last 24 months preferred
Additional Information
- Candidates who were previously employed by the facility within the past 12 months may not be eligible for consideration
- Holiday coverage requires working 2 of the following 3: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving
- Limited time-off requests permitted during the Thanksgiving and winter holiday periods
