Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN - Home Health for a field position in Alameda or Contra Costa County requiring an active CA RN license and prior home health experience.

Details

Field-based Home Health position covering Alameda or Contra Costa County
Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Weekend work required as needed
No on-call responsibilities
Uses Kinnser/WellSky charting system, with training provided

Requirements

Active CA RN license required in hand at time of consideration
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required
OASIS experience required

Additional Information

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home setting
