Description

American Traveler is hiring a RN Charge Nurse for a Neonatal ICU night shift position requiring NICU and leadership experience along with an active CA RN license.

Details

Work in the Neonatal ICU (NICU) of a hospital setting
Charge nurse role overseeing unit operations during assigned shifts
Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
3x12 shift pattern
13-week assignment length

Requirements

Active CA RN license currently in hand
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
Minimum 2 years of NICU nursing experience required
Prior leadership or charge nurse experience required
DCI/BVP Workplace Violence Prevention certification required (completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or similar)

Additional Information

Provide charge nurse leadership and oversight for NICU staff and patient care
Accepts local candidates
