Description
American Traveler is hiring a Stepdown RN for a night shift Med/Surg/Tele unit position requiring at least 1 year of experience and a TN or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in the Med/Surg/Tele Stepdown unit of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Patient ratio of 5 to 1
- Uses Cerner EMR system
Requirements
- Active TN or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of start
- Minimum 1 year of recent Stepdown experience required
- Completion of Advanced Learning Center modules required
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Royal blue scrub top required, with white, royal blue, or black t-shirt worn underneath
- RTO requests must be less than 1 week
- Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
