Description

American Traveler is hiring a night shift RN for an inpatient rehab hospital position requiring 2+ years of experience and a WA or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Rehab Nursing IRF unit of a 60-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
• Adult patient population recovering from severe injury or illness, with common diagnoses including stroke and heart failure
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Uses UDS PRO, Medi Tech, and Pinpoint EHR systems
• Night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• 48 guaranteed weekly hours
• Every other weekend required
• No call requirements
• No floating requirements

Requirements

• Active RN license (WA state or compact) currently in hand
• AHA certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Med Surg/Rehab specialty experience preferred
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to adult patients recovering from severe injury or illness in an inpatient rehab setting
• Report to the Nurse Manager upon arrival on first day
• Free parking available onsite
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment
