Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment, requiring a graduate degree from an APTA-approved program and current PT licensure.

• Home health setting
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• HomeCare HomeBase charting experience preferred

Requirements

• Graduate degree from an APTA-approved Physical Therapy Program
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience, home health or facility setting preferred
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy licensure required (license required if applicable)
• Current CPR certification required
• Prior travel experience required
• Two supervisory references required

Additional Information

• Accepts local candidates at the same rate
• Travel pairs considered on a case-by-case basis
• Background policy reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• RTO should be kept to a minimum, with no calendar week off preferred during the assignment
• Any RTO requests must be submitted in advance and approved prior to offer
• Candidates should expect to work some holidays
• Orientation modules must be completed within 30 days of start
