Description

American Traveler is hiring an Echo Tech for a 13-week travel assignment requiring 2+ years of experience and proficiency with the Epic EMR system.

Details

• Work in the Echocardiography department of a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment with day shift hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Uses Epic EMR system
• May float up to 25 miles between facilities as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• License required if applicable
• BLS certification required, with AHA certification completed prior to start if submitted with a non-AHA equivalent
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required

Additional Information

• Local candidates within 90 miles of any facility in the health system may be considered at a locally adjusted rate
• Local travelers are not eligible for renewals or extensions
• Candidates who have worked at any facility within the health system in the past 12 months should disclose this during consideration
• Requested time off should be minimal, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for the 13-week contract at the manager's discretion
• Cell phones, laptops, and AirPods are prohibited for use on the unit
