Description
American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for an Interventional Radiology position requiring ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications with weekly weeknight and monthly weekend call coverage.
Details
- Work in the Interventional Radiology department of a hospital setting
- Perform and support procedures including tunneled lines, nephrostomy tubes, drains, biopsies, embolizations, chest tubes, and TIPS
- 10-hour or 12-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
- Start dates occur every other week
- Requires 1 weeknight call per week and 1 weekend call per month
Requirements
- Active RN license (FL or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Two doses of COVID-19 vaccine or an approved declination required
Additional Information
- Navy blue scrub color required
- Provide nursing care and support for interventional radiology procedures
- Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate as travelers with no radius restriction
- Former permanent employees must have separated from the facility for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
