Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for an outpatient imaging center, requiring 2+ years of MRI experience and ARRT (MR) certification.
Details
- Outpatient imaging center setting
- MRI modality
- Adult patient population with occasional pediatric cases
- Uses EPIC and PACS systems
- Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Requirements
- NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License required if applicable
- R.T. (R)(MR) certification through ARRT required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience required
- NYS IV/Injection Certification preferred; candidates in process of certification with on-site physician sign-off may be considered
- 1+ year of travel experience preferred
Additional Information
- Facility is a full-service imaging center located in the same building as a freestanding emergency department, medical offices, and an ambulatory surgery center
- Gray or black scrubs required
- Local candidates within 60 miles accepted at a reduced rate
- Two professional references from prior year in current discipline/specialty required from a manager or above
