Description
American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of recent specialty experience and GA RRT licensure for a 12-hour day shift hospital position.
Details
- Respiratory Care/Diagnostic Services department position
- 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
- Schedule varies between 7a-7:30p with every other weekend
- 36 guaranteed hours weekly
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty
- GA RRT license required, if applicable
- RRT certification (NBRC)
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- RTO must be requested upfront prior to offer acceptance and cannot be requested after
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, no local candidates accepted
- Returning perm staff applying as travelers must have a 2-year break in service
- First-time travelers will be considered for this position
