Description
American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist for a pediatric hospital setting requiring 2+ years of experience and ARDMS certification.
Details
- Dedicated Pediatric Hospital ultrasound department setting
- Night 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Scheduled shifts on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
- Experience at a dedicated Pediatric Hospital and/or Pediatric Board Certification (PS) preferred
- Completion of at least 1 full travel assignment required
- ARDMS certification required
- Current BLS certification via AHA
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- License required if applicable
- Comparable facility size experience required based on assigned facility
Additional Information
- Obtain diagnostic sonographic images for radiologist review
- Responsible for data management, physician order reconciliation, patient transport, and result accountability
- Produce and evaluate images to assist radiologists with timely interpretation for patient treatment
- Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
