Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Interventional Radiology RN requiring ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications along with a weekly weeknight and monthly weekend call commitment.
Details
- Work in the Interventional Radiology department of a hospital environment
- Perform and assist with procedures including tunneled lines, nephrostomy tubes, drains, biopsies, embolizations, chest tubes, and TIPS
- 10-hour or 12-hour day shifts with start dates every other week
- 40 hours per week schedule
- Requires 1 weeknight call per week and 1 weekend call per month
Requirements
- Active FL or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Interventional Radiology nursing experience required
- Copy of COVID-19 vaccination card (2 doses) or approved declination required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care and support for a variety of interventional radiology procedures
- Navy blue scrubs required
- Local candidates accepted at the same rate as traveling candidates
- No radius rule applies for this position
- Former permanent employees must have a 90-day break in service before returning as a traveler
