Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with ARRT-IR certification and 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel assignment in Tamarac, FL.

Details

• Work in the Radiology Special Procedures unit of a 350-bed hospital
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Unit staffed with 4 day shift technologists
• Uses GE-Bi Plane equipment for interventional procedures
• Documentation performed in Meditech
• Call requirements include Monday 4:30 PM to 7:00 AM and 24-hour weekend coverage
• Performs all interventional procedures with the exception of neuro cases

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology
• ARRT-IR certification required
• BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required for Florida placements (two references required in some states)

• Black scrubs required
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered; local candidates will not be accepted
